Lintec & Linnhoff has once again demonstrated its exceptional capability to deliver fast, efficient and high-performance solutions with the successful commissioning of a Lintec CSM3000 containerised asphalt mixing plant in just 15 days at the Hubei Dangyang Highway Maintenance Centre, China.

Selected for its excellent environmental credentials and high productivity, the Lintec CSM3000 is now fully operational, supporting a range of government-backed infrastructure projects, rural road construction and municipal works.

Delivered as a complete turnkey project, the Lintec & Linnhoff team oversaw every stage of the process, from plant transportation and installation to commissioning and operator training. All equipment components arrived on site on 1 April, and installation was completed efficiently and systematically by the company’s engineering team.

Commissioning was finalised on 14 April, with asphalt production beginning the following day. With a rated capacity of 240 t/hr, the plant has already delivered nearly 10,000 t of high-quality asphalt mix. The containerised design, a signature feature of Lintec asphalt plants, played a key role in enabling a swift and efficient setup, helping to minimise installation time while maximising safety and on-site efficiency.

“Due to stricter environmental requirements, our previous plant was no longer suitable, so we sought a modern, eco-friendly asphalt mixing solution. After evaluating several brands, we selected the Lintec CSM3000.
